![]() ![]() This may sound as an attempt to commit overfitting problem in the model. The sole purpose behind this was to incorporate the randomness of prices to the model. By deploying reinforcement learning resources, I came up with the algorithm that has ability to adjust according to market condition instead of static predictive model. With this notion, I chose adaptation over prediction. In fact, the end goal was always about maximizing returns. The common goal in every investor was never about predicting stock market. Predicting the stock Market? No… Not actually. Over the last 8 months, I have been working on this passion project of mine to take on one of the hardest problem in data science, predicting the stock market. In contrary, it is also being acknowledged that the market is not full of rational actors thus there will be misinterpretation of information by investors thus price not reflecting to the information leads to pricing inefficiency. With prices being considered random and following Geometric Brownian Motion with updrift of risk-free rate, any form of technical analysis is incompatible with the market. This belief of "No arbitrage theory" also aligns with premise behind pricing models like Monte-Carlo simulation, Binomial model and Black-Scholes model which inherits the EMH within themselves. To give a little preview about myself, my biases leans in favor towards Efficient Market Hypothesis (EMH). That is all of my ideas about reworking the sleeper, the stats and other features beside those above stay the same.“AI/Machine Learning/Deep learning” has become a buzz word in market these days especially with growing interest in retail aspect after the Reddit-GME saga and the recent boom in crypto market. CS and LBST can get stun after grab break, the stun duration depends on how long do you shake.This limits you from hit and run the ungrabbable, makes you have to go on ambushing more than kiting. Colliding ungrabbable animals while rushing will deal 25% bonus damage like the normal boost and get -10% speed. ![]() Ending the boost without hitting someone will cause -10% speed. You can manually stop the rush by the normal boost. You will stop rushing once you hit someone, grabbing them and dealing 80 grab damage, then just shake to throw and stun as usual. When releasing the boost, you gain +200% speed and rush forward for 3 seconds, but you have poor turning. You will be visible when you hit or get hitted. Have charge boost, right after fully charged in 0.35 seconds, the sleeper gradually get slowed down to 50% and simultaneously gain 90% transparency based on how long you hold the boost.This makes it easier to direct the way to escape from teamers surrounding and catch low health preys. Here are some changes to make the sleeper become the truly stealth predator and survive from teamers better: Moreover, due to slowly increasing speed when boost, the sleeper get surrounded by teamers easily. This makes the hunting is not so effective. People usually boost into volcano food however, the volcano food is not close enough to the terrain to optimize the stun duration. Sleeper shark should have been an ambush predator but its strategy is just running into food and hopefully someone is on your way to get grabbed. ![]()
